We are seeking a self-motivated Business Systems Analyst who functions well in a collaborative team environment. You will benefit from top of the line perks, fully remote work and bonus plans.


As the NetSuite Business Systems Analyst; you will manage a fast paced, enterprise implementation from the ground up. You will lead the charge to gather implementation requirements and ensure that the configuration meets the needs of various financial departments.

  • Partner and collaborate with key business stakeholders, management, and users to determine system requirements
  • Propose and design system solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop analyses, reports, and models to ensure the solution is efficient, cost-effective, and financially feasible
  • Collect and write specifications, diagrams, mock-ups, and flowcharts for software engineering
  • Assist with and help coordinate system implementation, configuration, testing, and observations to validate system performance and operation
  • Provide front-line support and maintenance of various business systems for internal use (particularly NetSuite, Paycom, CRM, and other financial applications)
  • Work hands-on to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve production support issues and implement enhancement requests


  • Required experience implementing Oracle NetSuite within an enterprise environment
  • Superb communication skills and proven ability to work across multiple teams
  • Experience working directly with Oracle NetSuite implementation managers and professionally managing vendor relationships
  • Robust technical knowledge of NetSuite and ability to configure the system to fit custom business needs to support financial teams
  • Proven ability to perform maintenance and support on existing NetSuite instances
  • Strong reporting skills within NetSuite and ability to run SQL queries
  • Knowledge of financial report writing, customizations, and creation of saved searches within NetSuite
