We are looking for a passionate “hands-on” XR Training Platform Architect who is passionate about creating next-generation XR based training solutions. This role will manage a team of developers and work with product designers, supporting all stages of the product life cycle.

• Managing a team of developers to design and create an on-demand service for our enterprise training platform
• Test the full life cycle for our product
• Work with game engines, learning management systems and technical art
• Work with a team of developers and with product design to implement new features as well as fine tune existing features for our product
• Work closely with Mass Virtual customers to design and implement new capabilities.
• Drive our technical roadmap in a way that balances performance and operational excellence with innovation and business needs
• Utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple Applications Development areas to provide technical oversight and architectural guidance across systems and applications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar degree or comparable experience
• 7+ years of creating and delivering professional game, training simulation or similar application products ·
• 2+ years of experience as a lead/senior developer or technical architect on a project
• Professional experience developing with real time virtual technologies (specifically AR and/or VR products)
• Ability to architect maintainable and extensible code
• Solid knowledge and experience working with a variety of programming languages on both client and server side, software development processes and Agile methodologies
• Strong adherence to security and performance best practices
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Eligible to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
