As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in creating best-in-class applicant tracking applications to be used internally and externally. You will be the dedicated Product Owner on a SAFE scrum team and will interact with various stakeholders to align with overall product vision and roadmap.

You will quickly become an expert on the industry, existing product suite, and vision of future products.

• Break down broad Features (i.e. an epic) into smaller deliverable user stories
• Work with the team to create acceptance criteria and accept stories as they are completed
• Validate requirement designs by collaborating with stakeholders 
• Recommend workarounds, remove bottlenecks, and propose solutions for the stakeholders by having knowledge of both business and technology 
• Define and enhance workflows to promote efficiency and effectiveness for all customers with considerations on workflow, processes, and scalability

• 5+ years of experience holding a Product Owner title is required
• Superior knowledge of strict agile environments including PI Planning, SAFE, and Agile software development best practices
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders and obtain buy in on modern strategy and technology
• Prior experience with user-story management system, preferably Azure DevOps 
• Superior self starting, communication, and organizational skills are required!
