Job Location US-GA-Buckhead - SOLTECH Office


SOLTECH, a leading software solutions company, is continuing to grow and we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead our strong recruitment efforts into 2021. You will be responsible for building relationships with technical talent within the software engineering communities. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and internal partners alike which will position the organization for long term growth and success in the highly competitive staffing industry.


  • Uses sourcing strategies to look for talented and diverse candidates through creative methods of mining the internet, on-line databases, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
  • Develops and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates and keep the candidates’ level of interest to meet current and future hiring demand.
  • Screen and interview candidates for availability, interest levels, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications to evaluate potential factors such as job experience, education, skills, training, organizational fit, and future potential with SOLTECH and its clients.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Manages multiple recruiting activities simultaneously.
  • Uses company recruiting application and tools to document all activities and to track and report key metrics to determine staffing activity, needs, and meet objectives.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations


  • Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related field required from an accredited school.
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast paced, competitive staffing or technology environment required. Experience recruiting for IT positions in areas of java, .Net, database, Mobile Engineers, user interface highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Existing candidate network and contact base is highly preferred.
  • Must have the ability to consistently work under pressure, handle multiple and shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
