    About the Role

    SOLTECH is looking for a contract-to-perm Risk Analyst to fulfill the role of reviewing daily transactions and ticket information regarding client and customer data issues. Examples of specific responsibilities include:
    • Track and maintain client and customer data
    • Engage in day-to-day activities and transactional analysis
    • Work cross-functionally on client and customer issues
    • Produce weekly client/customer analysis and reporting
    • Track key risk indicators and publish performance metrics
    • Extract, manipulate and interpret customer data issues for identifying root causes and reporting
    • Attend daily team meetings for file reviews, client and customer issues
    • Perform ad hoc data analysis


    Required Skills
    • Excellent analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
    • Expert in Excel (macros, pivot tables, and vlookups)
    • Intermediate SQL skills
    • Driven and able to identify apparent and embedded trends in datasets
    • Skillful in articulating data issues and resolutions
    Preferred Skills
    • 5+ years of experience
    • Bachelor’s degree preferably with an analytical and/or business focus (e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, etc.)
