    About the Role

    The Director of Digital Leads is an experienced digital lead executive who will be responsible for driving revenue through the creation and execution of online lead generation and digital marketing programs. This position will manage content on our client's landing pages, develop email marketing and online advertising campaigns, and provide other digital assets and toolkits as necessary. Responsible for weekly reporting and measurement of site traffic, leads and revenue generated through digital marketing efforts.

     

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Digital Lead Generation Strategy: Own and drive digital strategy for marketing programs for new B2C Digital Lead business
    • Reporting/Marketing Analytics: Own all digital marketing analytics/reporting for the business, showing the effectiveness of our digital marketing initiatives
    • Build lead capacity that is scalable, while maintaining company profit targets.
    • Build and implement a resource plan to accommodate business growth.
    • Perform iterative testing on landing pages, keyword campaigns and other search engine marketing elements to develop best in class results.
    • Analyze competition to identify and develop a differentiated sales lead.
    • Develop a market-based pricing model and process for digital leads.
    • Support Company efforts to expand business into new vertical markets.
    • Support Marketing to improve organic search\B2B lead generation campaigns.

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or similar field or equivalent
    • Director level experience or above
    • Minimum 5 years of digital analytics and reporting
    • Minimum 5 years of professional digital marketing experience for SEO/SEM and web sites
    • Extensive experience architecting cross-channel/integrated digital marketing for B2C Lead generation; channels including but not limited to Facebook, Google Adwords, Bing and email.
    • Strong leadership skills, ability to perform under the pressure and optimize the team's resources to attain the business goals.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all kinds of people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
    • Complete knowledge of all aspects of Digital and Social Media Proven experience in digital lead generation outside of a marketing agency a must
    • Analytical approach to lead generation and critical thinker a must
    • Passion for results and data-driven decision-making in the digital marketing field
    • Strong drive to seek personal improvement and knowledge of digital marketing
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Expert knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
    • Expertise in Excel required, familiarity manipulating simple data sets or coding languages such as HTML, SQL a plus 
    • Resides in the Atlanta area or willing to relocate
